If you are an individual wishing to compete at the upcoming Australian Youth Water Polo Championships, please nominate here!
Please fill in all of the required information to nominate. There is a refundable $150 fee if you are not successful in the draft. If you are successful, the $150 fee will be passed onto the team as your contribution.
Depending on the team you are drafted to, there will be additional costs involved.
This draft will be conducted via teleconference with teams who wish to acquire individual players.
The draft will be conducted on the following dates:
12&U - 9th March, Time TBC
14&U - 8th March, Time TBC
16&U - 9th March, Time TBC
18&U - 8th March, Time TBC
Notification of draft positions will be made by the 12th March.
There is no guaruntee that there will be enough available spots within teams for the number of individual's that nominate. You will be notified on the day after the draft is conducted as to whether you have been successful.
In the first instance, the individual player will be drafted to a team in the state which they live in (eg. WA player is picked up by a team in WA). If the player is still available, the player will be put in the national draft to be selected by a team outside of the state which the player is from.
