Water Polo Australia are excited to welcome experienced water polo coach and referee Scott Schweickle to the team, in the role of Learning Content Coordinator, on a 0.5TE part role role for the next 12 months.

Scott's 0.5FTE appointment partially fills the vacancy following the departure of National Growth and Education Coordinator Nicola Browne earlier this month.

Scott will work closely with General Manager - Learning and Development Katie Foulkes to help bring the Learning and Development Framework to life.

WPA CEO Richard McInnes said: "There is a lot of work occuring around our new Learning and Development Framework and Scott brings a wealth of coaching and refereeing experience, as well as extensive experience in being able to compile, edit and produce content that we can share with members."

"This role will ensure we can readily build upon the resources we have already and support the learning of our community.

"Scott has been an active member of the Coaching and Refereeing Advisory Committee (CRAC) for the last few months, so is up to speed with the current project and is ready to step in and hit the ground running.

"He will be a valuable resource to Katie Foulkes, who has done a remarkable job since joining the WPA team in March this year." he said.
